Every Story Has a Beginning…
Ours started in a one-bedroom apartment on the West End. Over 20 years ago, Level One Construction launched as a local handyman service and grew into one of Vancouver's most trusted renovation companies.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Randy Kautzman founded Level One Construction in 2001. What started as a small endeavour rapidly grew into a trusted name in high-end residential and commercial renovations across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
